For Clients

BRIDGES, Inc., along with the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health and other concerned community members, recognize the need for individuals with mental health disabilities to receive a therapeutic milieu of daily living skills and vocational experiences. Our transitional and long-term residential programs provide a comfortable atmosphere where you can learn by doing.

Our staff members assist you in developing and strengthening daily living and vocational skills in order to lead satisfying, productive, and independent lives. These skills include money management, cooking, shopping, cleaning, homemaking, consumer awareness, recreation, leisure time use, and many others.  Pre-vocational training helps persons develop work skills that can lead to better wages, higher living standards, and independent living.  Further, BRIDGES fosters a therapeutic environment promoting wellness and recovery.  This includes developing a treatment plan that is right for you.  BRIDGES operates all programs without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, gender, age, sexual orientation / identification, or condition of physical or mental disability.
