B.R.I.D.G.E.S. is excited to announce Kimberly Rhodes’ promotion and new appointment to B.R.I.D.G.E.S.’ recently created position, Director of Programs and Services. This Senior Management position is strategically aligned to affect program growth and development. 

In collaboration with the Executive Director, Kimberly has been charged with developing and implementing program quality assurance protocol and tracking systems and ensures that services are delivered in compliance with county, state and federal regulations and professional standards. She will assume overall leadership within programs and services, providing administrative and treatment guidance in the day-to-day management of programs throughout B.R.I.D.G.E.S. including the implementation of wellness and recovery services as partially funded by the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health, development of staff training program, and supervision of Program Directors and other treatment team members.

This position is involved in contract implementation, reporting and maintaining relationships with Department of Mental Health, Community Care Licensing, and other community partners and collaborative relationships. 

While the agency has many goals and objectives for quality improvement, Kimberly will begin by analyzing the agency’s programs and services, and streamlining processes to create more efficiency and effective care and treatment for our clients. Kimberly is also enthusiastically working to develop new wellness and recovery services, a holistic, client directed service toward full community integration.
