Team Building and Leadership Training came to B.R.I.D.G.E.S. in 2007

B.R.I.D.G.E.S. would like to express its sincere gratitude to Julie Harvey and Corganize, Inc. for donating four (4) months of services to B.R.I.D.G.E.S.
BRIDGES Management Team successfully participated in, and completed an agency-wide Team Building and Leadership Training Series, sponsored and led by Professional Consultant and President of Corganize, Inc., Julie Harvey. Ms. Harvey collaborated with Lori Pendroff and Kimberly Rhodes, B.R.I.D.G.E.S.’ Executive Director and Director of Programs and Services respectively to analyze immediate organizational needs and develop a customized program that would meet those needs. As B.R.I.D.G.E.S. navigated through a year of rapid positive transition, the Executive Team wanted to inspire and provide tools to effectively build a strong and steady foundation, one which could withstand the normal challenges of embracing new ideology, methodology, and foster the provision of stellar treatment services for all B.R.I.D.G.E.S.’ clients. Ms. Harvey developed a fun and comprehensive team building environment where the management team individually and collectively were able to recognize and cultivate individual awareness and team cohesiveness. The team was encouraged to try new approaches and abandon old patterns that no longer served B.R.I.D.G.E.S. well.
Ms. Harvey was respectful, attentive, knowledgeable, and supportive of agency change. She led B.R.I.D.G.E.S. management team professionally and fully immersed herself as if she was a part of the B.R.I.D.G.E.S. team.
B.R.I.D.G.E.S. Management Team is ready to move into 2008 with a BOOM! Look for postings of further positive changes throughout B.R.I.D.G.E.S.’ programs and services in our website in 2008.
