B.R.I.D.G.E.S., Inc. is pleased to announce the hiring of an Intake/Admission Coordinator, Sylvia Diaz. Sylvia is now available to assist referring agencies, community partners and others with intake and admittance to all of B.R.I.D.G.ES.’ programs.
Are you looking for a Long-Term or Transitional Residential Residence for clients, family members or patients? Contact Sylvia for quick, individualized, and easy assessment and admission into programs located in San Fernando Valley, Lancaster, and/or El Monte.
B.R.I.D.G.E.S. is NOW ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS in all programs.
CRITERIA FOR ASSESSMENT AND ADMISSION:
- Age Range: TAY 18-23 and Adults 18-59
- Resident of Los Angeles County
- Axis I Diagnosis and/or Dual Diagnosis
- SSI & Medi-cal or private funding
- Few beds may be available for SSI & Medi-cal Eligible
- Should have the potential and/or desire for independent living
