TruStart Community Mental Health Services
TruStart provides community mental health services for children and adults in the San Fernando Valley. This program outreaches to young people making their way towards independence and who are in need of individual or family counseling, case management, medication and/or support. Mental health services may also be provided for adults .

Project Independence: A Community Mental Health Center
Project Independence serves clients living in the community who need extra support in maintaining their mental health, recovery and overall well-being goals. This program is open to individuals who want and need assistance with sustaining or, attaining their independence. Wellness and Recovery Center Services are designed to assist clients with life goals and can serve as aftercare for individuals who may no longer require intensive treatment but want to maintain their mental health support and medications. Individuals who do not meet wellness and Recovery Center criteria, may enroll in Project Independence for more intensive outpatient services.
