Shannon Steib
As the Program Director for Casitas Esperanza, Shannon has a passion to serve and help others. Shannon graduated from Cal State Fullerton in 2015 with a degree in Human Services. During her career, her experience has included working for nonprofit organizations in the social services sector. She has held positions of counselor, case manager, and intake coordinator, working her way to leadership roles including team leader and manager. Shannon’s experience ranges from serving children, TAY, and adults who experience multiple vulnerabilities, such as homelessness, mental health diagnoses, and trauma.
